We understand that in certain situations, you may need to request a return, refund, or exchange. This policy outlines the terms under which returns, refunds, and exchanges are accepted.
ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
The product received is damaged
The product received is incorrect or wrong item
Return requests must be submitted within:
7 Days of delivery
Requests made after 7 days from delivery may not be accepted.
NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCTS
For hygiene, safety, and product integrity reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:
Opened products
Used products
Products with broken seals
Products damaged due to misuse
Products returned without original packaging
Ayurvedic and nutraceutical products are sensitive in nature, and therefore strict return conditions apply.
RETURN REQUEST PROCESS
To request a return, please follow the steps below:

- Reason for return
- Clear photos of damaged/wrong product
- Photo of outer packaging (if damaged)
Our team will review your request within 48 hours.
If approved, further instructions will be shared via email.
RETURN SHIPPING
If the return request is approved:
- Customers may be required to return the product to our return address.
- The product must be returned in original packaging.
- Products must remain unused and sealed.
We reserve the right to reject returned items that do not meet the above criteria.
REFUND METHOD
We do not provide cash refunds.
Refunds are provided in the form of:

OR
Product Exchange
Store credits can be used for future purchases on our website.
Store credit validity may be subject to specific terms mentioned at the time of issuance.
REFUND PROCESSING TIME
Once the returned product is received and verified:

EXCHANGE POLICY

Once the exchange is approved:
- Replacement product will be shipped
- Delivery timelines may vary depending on location
Exchange availability depends on product stock.
If the product is unavailable, store credit may be issued instead.
DAMAGED OR WRONG PRODUCT CLAIMS
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:
Please notify us within 7 days of delivery.
Failure to notify within this period may result in rejection of the claim.
Clear photographic evidence is mandatory for processing claims.
ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY
